Copenhagen — small classes, slow practice
find quiet
in the moving.
Sōl is a small yoga and movement studio. We run classes of eight. Everyone gets attention. Nothing is rushed.

started with
one practice.
I opened Sōl in 2019 after spending a decade in studios that felt more like gyms. Fast classes, loud music, performance over presence. I wanted something quieter. A place to practice rather than perform.
our approach— Maja
practices for
every body.
Morning Flow
A gentle 60-minute practice to start the day. Slow sun salutations, breath work, and time in stillness. Classes run at 7am and 9am, Tuesday to Saturday.
learn moreRestorative
Passive postures held for five to ten minutes each. Floor-based, prop-supported, entirely unhurried. For when you need to stop more than you need to move.
learn moreEvening Wind-down
A 75-minute practice to close the day. Movement, followed by breath work, followed by yoga nidra. You will probably fall asleep. That is fine.

eight people, maximum
Every class at Sōl is capped at eight students. Not for scarcity — because attention requires smallness.
no mirrors, no music
We practice without mirrors so you look inward, not outward. Music is offered only in evening wind-down.
sliding scale pricing
We offer three price tiers for every class. Choose what you can afford. No one asks, no one tracks.
