for every season.

morning flow.
We begin in stillness. Five minutes to arrive, to notice what the body is carrying. Then a slow sequence of sun salutations, hip openers, and standing poses — nothing too demanding, everything purposeful. We close in savasana for ten minutes. Classes run at 7am and 9am, Tuesday through Saturday.

restorative.
The opposite of effort. Restorative yoga uses bolsters, blankets, and blocks to hold the body in passive shapes. Poses are held for five to ten minutes. The nervous system is the target — not the muscles. This class is for everyone, but especially for people who are tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix.

evening wind-down.
A 75-minute practice designed around the body's evening rhythm. We move slowly for 30 minutes, then transition to breath work, then to yoga nidra — a guided state between waking and sleep. You may fall asleep. Many people do. This is the class to come to when you cannot quiet your mind on your own.
